Key Platform Updates

• uService Update: The Change Owner action now uses an intuitive autocomplete field, simplifying workflows for super admins.
• uBreach Updates: Added support for cryptocurrency wallet address detection and introduced new 10- and 25-domain tiers for Pro users.
• Dashboard Performance Improvements: Improved the uLearn dashboard performance for high-activity accounts.
• Stripe Automatic Tax Calculation: Starting November 27, Stripe will calculate taxes automatically for direct MSPs based on their billing address, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations. New Courses

We're excited to introduce three new courses this month:

1. New York SHIELD Act: This course covers the NY SHIELD Act’s stricter data protection laws, safeguards, compliance requirements, and practical implementation steps. Available in English (US).
2. Online Shopping Scams: Educates users about online shopping scams, how to identify suspicious websites, and safe shopping practices. It includes interactive scam website examples. Available in English and English (US).
3. Rob's Phishy Christmas: This e-learning course features an animated video, phishing simulations, and interactive elements to teach users how to recognize phishing scams during the holiday season. Available in English and English (US).

We’re expanding our template offerings with new holiday-themed templates and exciting Christmas options:

• Holiday Templates: New templates for New Year and PTO requests are now available in six core languages: English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch, and Swedish. Each template is paired with a matching landing page, ensuring seamless AutoPhish integration.
• Christmas Templates: Get ready for the holiday season with templates like Christmas Gift Cards, Secret Santa Invitations, and Holiday PTO Requests. Available in multiple languages, with additional translations available on request.
