Key Platform Updates

We’ve Upgraded Our Video Streaming for Better Global Access!

We’re excited to announce that we’ve switched our video streaming service from Vimeo to Cloudflare Stream. This upgrade brings several key benefits to you:

  • Expanded Global Availability – Cloudflare’s extensive network allows us to provide video streaming in more countries, including regions where Vimeo had limited or no coverage.

  • Faster & More Reliable Streaming – With Cloudflare’s global infrastructure, you’ll experience reduced buffering and smoother playback, no matter where you are.

  • Enhanced Security & Compliance – Our new platform ensures stronger security measures and compliance with international data protection standards.

This change ensures a better, more accessible experience for all our users worldwide. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

Additional Updates

Daily Usage Tracking Fix: Resolved an issue where daily usage tracking data in the Public API wasn’t being recorded correctly. Historical data is being repaired, but this does not impact monthly tracking used for partner billing.

API Daily Usage Tracking Limit: Public API endpoints for daily usage tracking now retain data for the last 100 days instead of the last 100 entries, ensuring more consistent historical access.

M365/Google Sync Enhancement: User management is now more seamless—if a synced user’s manager isn’t available in the platform, the system will automatically clear the relationship to prevent inconsistencies.

uBreach Visibility Fix: We've adjusted visibility settings in the end-user portal to ensure breach data access aligns with account tier permissions.

Expiration Banner Update: The expiration banner for paid plans now correctly reflects subscription status, eliminating previous confusion with trial references.

Cloudstream Video Player Fix: The Cloudstream video player now seamlessly updates when users switch languages during a course.

uPolicy Skip Notifications Option: A new option allows policies to be sent without triggering user notifications, enabling smoother large-scale policy rollouts.

Course Builder Validation Update: We've streamlined course creation by requiring titles and descriptions only in the source language, making it easier to build and manage courses.

uPhish Excel Export Optimization: We've improved the efficiency of uPhish Excel exports, ensuring smoother handling of large datasets.
