Safe Use of AI Tools

With the release of tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, businesses are racing to learn how to empower their operations with artificial intelligence. However, without the proper safeguards, the use of AI tools could lead to breaches of personal information or the presence of hallucinated data within the business operations.

Safe Use of AI Tools teaches users about the risks that improper use of AI tools could cause their business, and what steps they can take to keep company data safe and reduce the chances of misinformation being carried over to their work.

EU AI Act

On March 13, the European Parliament adopted the Artificial Intelligence Act (AI Act), which sets out a comprehensive legal framework for the use of artificial intelligence within the member states. Our new course EU AI Act gives users an overview of what the act involves, and how to prepare for compliance with it.

Platform changes

New email design

On March 6, emails from the usecure platform switched to a new design. This new email format improves options for white-labelling, and gives you a refreshed look to course enrolments and policy emails.

If you haven't yet verified that your and your clients' platform emails are set up correctly for the new email design, please do so now. If you have uploaded custom logos or branding for any of your clients, you will need to individually check the platform settings in their tenants.
